Refund policy

Non-Returnable Items

• Shipped orders, soft vinyl toys, handmade products, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective Items

• Seriously defective products can be returned within 14 days.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Failed Delivery

• Orders returned due to wrong address or not being received in time will be reshipped at customer’s cost.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for import taxes or duties.
• If refused at customs, the order will be returned and reshipping costs apply.
• Use your legal name for international orders.

• 已出貨訂單、軟膠玩具、手作及特價商品不可退貨或換貨。

瑕疵商品

• 嚴重瑕疵商品可於14 天內申請退貨。
• 商品必須未使用，並保持原包裝及吊牌。
• 需提供購買證明（收據或訂單號碼）。

配送失敗

• 因地址錯誤或未能及時收貨而退回的訂單，重新寄送費用由顧客承擔。
• 運費不可退還。

國際訂單

• 顧客需自行承擔進口稅或關稅。
• 若海關拒收，訂單將退回，重新寄送費用由顧客承擔。
• 國際訂單請使用真實姓名。
